A nice autumn day at the range today, with the wind coming in from the south. It was a little twitchy in the morning , but got a little more blowie, but consistent in the arvo.

What a day... The morning seesion did not go ahead due to the rain . Looking at the BOM site we thought the weather would clear around lunch time , so we put the targets up at around 1030 am. When the range was opened it was still raining a little but soon cleared....

What a day. The wind was blowing strong from the west early on, and as the day progressed it strengthend to a switching south westerly ! The wind chill was another thing to contend with too. It was bloody cold!  Many had concerns that the target may snap as the wind...

No Rain! You Bloody Ripper!  Although the rain stayed away , the wind didn't. It was strong and cold blowing from the south west. Well done to those that shot today. It tested our wind reading abilities!
