Another weekend at 300m.

The Manlet work is dragging on, so calender changes may keep happening in the following months. At least the weather was on our side. It was sunny and cool with southerly winds. Some members found the wind a little hard to read, but others excelled! Well done.

BCRC introduced our ShotMarker target to mound. It seemed to work well. Lets hope it is the future. Saying that, the Kongsbergs ran well without any issues. Saying that, a couple of clubs had trouble knowing what target they were using and not progamming the monitor to correspond with the target.

The 22 lr ( 17 Hmr ) side of BCRC had it’s first turn today in the Horseshoe range. Two members gave the shot a go. It’s a fun shoot. We shot standing,  sitting ,and prone over 50m 35m and 25m. Scores though were a little low, so more practice is needed.

Please let the committee know if you are interested in giving 22s a go. We are guests to the center bay in the Horseshoe range, so we shoot their program. One detail takes about 1/2 hour to complete. Cost is $2. plus your normal Fullbore shoot costs. The shoot starts at approximately 09:30 on a Saturday morning.

Next week we are at 500m
