What a day… The morning seesion did not go ahead due to the rain . Looking at the BOM site we thought the weather would clear around lunch time , so we put the targets up at around 1030 am. When the range was opened it was still raining a little but soon cleared. The wind was light but it was cold and wintery! Then when the clouds dissipated, the sun came out and it felt like spring. The wind turned to NE and conditions settled. As the afternoon went on the wind dropped to zero and some members and visitors got a good go at it. Concord rifle club were a little scared to put up their targets , so they shot on ours! Actually a PJC member shot on our target too.

Next week we are at 700m all day.

Remember that there is no fouling shots before you shoot. If you want to foul your barrel, do it, then come away from your rifle and let someone else shoot before you go at it again. This keeps things fair for all members shooting a score.
