Well done to those that shot well in very difficult conditions. The wind was over our right shoulders from the west in the morning and then it switched to up range from the south in the arvo. BCRC had two Kongsbergs running and our Shotmarker. The MDRA had four Shotmarkers running for all members to test their function. Lots of work was done to secure the targets in the frames, which is a key to keeping accuracy in the system. Also on Accuracy, the four MDRA shotmarkers were tested for C to C accuracy compared to actual shots on paper. So far things are looking good, but we have lot more testing to do. Seeing that shot marker targets are our future, please come and help setup and pack to learn how things work. At the moment we are in a steep learning curve and it would be a real advantage to have a good understanding of our new target system by all members.

We are at 500m this coming weekend… 600m the week after, then the MDRA Anzac day/days OPM.  This is a great prize meeting to enter. You get to choose either one or two days. A low key but important day.
